Penn Forward – Los Angeles

On the same day the nominees for the Academy Awards were announced, Penn President Liz Magill was  in the city where the magic is made for the second stop on her Penn Forward Tour. More than 500 Penn alumni, parents (including Stacey Snider, C’82, PAR’19 who introduced her), and friends came together at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles where Julie Beren Platt, C’79, PAR’05, PAR’08, PAR’12, PAR’21 joined the stage with her, sharing with the audience their appreciation of the limitless opportunities available at Penn.  These events are so successful thanks in part to Penn’s tireless host committees (pictured on stage with her at the end of the night) who are some of Penn’s most enthusiastic advocates.
