Penn Baseball Field Dedication

Penn President Liz Magill joined the dedication ceremony for Penn Baseball’s playing field in memory of Tommy Lasorda, thanks to a visionary gift from his longtime friend and Penn alumnus, Warren Lichtenstein, C’87. We are honored that the name Tommy Lasorda will once again grace one of Philly’s finest baseball teams. Thanks to Warren’s generosity, the Quakers will play their home games on Tommy Lasorda Field—upgraded to position our team to take their game to new heights. In addition to Warren Lichtenstein, the celebration included members of the Lasorda family and MLB greats Jerry Royster and Mike Piazza.
