New York Scholarship and Penn First Plus Donor Reception

Penn President Liz Magill attended a special reception celebrating named scholarship and Penn First Plus supporters in NYC.  She sat down with three remarkable students – Ryan Afreen, C’23, Marissa Kesse, NU’23, and Orestis Skoutellas, W’23, ENG’23, GEN’23, to talk about the life-changing opportunities they have had at Penn.  Since Penn first announced its policy of all-grant financial aid in 2007, it has provided paths to life-changing moments for thousands of students.
