Leadership at Penn Program

President Liz Magill joined a recent gathering of Leadership at Penn participants and alumni, a Human Resources program for dedicated Penn staff to develop the skills needed to be stand-out leaders. The sheer talent and drive of Penn staff distinguishes this great University, and President Magill welcomed the opportunity to express her gratitude for all they do for our community.

She expressed thanks to Jack Heuer, Senior Vice President for Human Resources, and the HR leadership team for their support of this unique program, now training its 13th cohort, and to Lily Zhang, Director of Advising, Compliance, IT and Operations at International Student and Scholar Services, who moderated a lively and engaging Q&A on leadership during the program.
