Hey Day 2023

Penn President Liz Magill joined with members of Penn’s Class of 2024 who marched with canes along Locust Walk, wearing red shirts and faux-straw hats, in a tradition that is unique to Penn.  Hey Day marks the moment when juniors “move up,” becoming seniors, following the last day of spring classes.  From the steps of College Hall President Magill greeted the students and officially pronounced them seniors.
