CHIPS Conference

Penn President Liz Magill attended a conference at Penn’s Singh Center for Nanotechnology – the Mid-Atlantic Regional CHIPS Act Workshop.  The conference brought together semiconductor-adjacent industries and institutions across the Mid-Atlantic to discuss the CHIPS Act, spurring conversation and collaboration between research, industry, and government partners.  Microchips are essential to modern technology and the future of our world. Penn’s Singh Center for Nanotechnology is home to pioneering research essential to the future of microchips.
