Andrew Hamilton School Visit with Netter Center

The Netter Center kicked off its 30th anniversary with a celebration at the Andrew Hamilton School in West Philadelphia, one of Penn’s eight University-Assisted Community Schools sites.  Penn President Liz Magill joined in meeting with the K-8 school’s principal and teachers, as well as faculty, staff, and students involved with Netter.  “The energy, the commitment that I detect, it’s palpable and very exciting,” said Magill, who also got to see firsthand UACS programming at Hamilton.
